Our official Weber masterclasses are back!
We can't wait to welcome you to cook along with Weber pitmaster Shane McBagley on the 3rd May 2024. The masterclass will run from 1800hrs-2100hrs.
You will get hands on with a whole host of grills and cook up some delicious food with expert guidance.
On the night, you will create and enjoy a Mediterranean menu;
• Sicilian wings with Salmoriglio sauce
• Chargrilled monkfish, chorizo, pepper kababs, smoked
paprika mayo
• Grilled polenta chips
• Courgette salad with chilli and mint
• Rosemary peach and honey tart
• Gambas Pil Pil with toasted herby bread
Attendees must be 16 years old or over. Capacity is strictly limited to 20 people.
